Scope
This notice concerns the AeroLucid marketing website. The customer application at suite.aerolucid.com has its own operational context and is covered by its applicable customer and data-protection documentation.
When you contact us
Contact links open your email application; nothing is submitted automatically. If you send an email, its contents, your address and the details you include are used to answer your enquiry and handle any resulting pre-contractual discussion. Please send only relevant information.
Purposes, legal basis and retention
A personalised offer requested by you is handled to take steps before entering into a contract. Other relevant professional correspondence is handled on the basis of AeroLucid’s legitimate interest in responding. Enquiries from potential customers are retained for up to three years from collection or the last contact from the enquirer, unless a longer period is required for a contract, legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Website operation, traffic and cookies
The website code contains no advertising pixels and no additional third-party analytics SDK. ChatGPT Sites automatically records traffic statistics for the deployed site. The website does not set a language-preference cookie or store the language in local storage: the selected language is part of the URL. Demo filters remain in memory for the current page, and an optional CSV is created locally in your browser. Hosting, access-control and security mechanisms may process technical identifiers under the provider’s policies.
Technical data and service providers
The site is deployed through ChatGPT Sites, provided in the EEA by OpenAI Ireland Limited. Delivery and security may involve the IP address, requested URL, time, browser information and technical logs. IONOS provides the hello@aerolucid.com email service. AeroLucid does not add an advertising or tracking provider to the website.
Processing locations and transfers
ChatGPT Sites does not offer a data-residency commitment at launch. Where personal data is processed outside the EEA, the hosting provider states that it relies on applicable transfer mechanisms, including adequacy decisions and contractual safeguards where required.
Recipients and your rights
Enquiries are accessible to the AeroLucid personnel handling business correspondence and to the providers needed to deliver hosting and email services. Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Contact hello@aerolucid.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL at www.cnil.fr.

This notice will be updated if the website adds a form, advertising technology or another service that changes how personal data is handled.
